Due to the type of products we sell, and hygiene concerns we do not accept returns on our hair accessories. We also do not do returns for change of mind on our products. All shipped orders are final and can not be returned, so shop carefully.
Some exceptions may apply if item is faulty upon delivery or not as described. So please email us with your order number and affected products.

Your order is being shipped from Townsville, Australia. Please note that potential delays could be due to public holidays, warehouse delays due COVID etc, and this may cause longer delivery times. We are not responsible for any delays in transit & will not be refunding for delays unless the parcel is deemed as lost in transit by Australia Post after a formal investigation. We use Australia post and all our parcels have tracking. PLEASE check your address carefully before checking out to ensure you receive your order.

Express Post:

Express Post is much faster than Standard shipping, but please note that at the moment we are dispatching the orders within 2-4 days of receiving them as we are a small team: paying for Express Post doesn't mean your order will be dispatched the next day, but it does mean that once we take your order to the post office it will reach you faster.

Once we are caught up and up to date with orders (by end of January) we will be dispatching within 1-2 business days as we normally do.

Local Pickup is available for Townsville and close surrounding areas. If you select the local pickup at checkout you will be contacted during business hours by us to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up. Order can only be pickup after full payment of your order.
